Description
Delicious mushroom leek soup recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 leek thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 cups mushrooms, peeled and cut in half
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water to cover
Recipe

Sauté the slices of leek and garlic in 2 teaspoons of olive oil for 10 minutes, until leek is translucent

Add the mushrooms and allow to cook for another 10 minutes.

Add the flour, salt and pepper.

Mix well.

Add boiling water to cover.

Allow to cook for 30 minutes.

Blend. Serve. Enjoy. Repeat.
